“I was clearing out old papers when I found a box relating to a company who had lost three quarters of my investments. I had been persuaded to move my funds during the 2008 crash to RHAM / Full Circle Asset Management Ltd. At the time, I felt so stupid and such shame that I put the box away and tried to move on. Now finding the box over 10 years later, I decided to do a quick check online about the status of Full Circle before binning it all. I found that other investors had brought cases against Full Circle & looked at the FSCS claim route. I could have done it myself, but thought it would be better to use someone who knew what they were doing. I looked at the reviews for ACL - all seemed positive. I had nothing to lose and didn't really expect anything positive to come of it. I spoke to Cord, who was already knowledgeable about Full Circle & she agreed to review the papers. She agreed to pursue a claim for part of the loss. The pandemic meant Cord had to be particularly tenacious to get all the info she needed. But after a 2 year fight, she won the maximum payout for me. I couldn't believe it... what a Xmas present !!! I can't recommend Cord & her team highly enough. I did nothing except send the paperwork, they earned every penny of their commission. Cord is even keeping my paperwork incase the opportunity arises to pursue a case for the other losses. If you think you have been mis-sold, don't delay, there is a time limit to making a claim. What have you got to lose?”

“I had lost all hope in retrieving any of my pension. I seen an advert while online, I came across ACL Consultancy Ltd, I thought I'll give them ago I've nothing to lose, I've already lost it all with bad management from IFA. I sent an email to ACL, I was contacted by a lovely lady called Cordula, she explained a lot to me over the phone. I emailed the paperwork to Cordula, I knew there and then that Cordula was on a mission to help. With no stone unturned the calls started, emails coming in, it started to give me hope which I never had before. The communication went on for quite a few months. I had a missed call about 18.45 from Cordula, I called back, was told sorry Cordula is on another call, I was told, I'll let her know you called Stephen. Then later on that evening my phone started ringing 20.15 it was Cordula, i wondered if she got time to sleep, always working to help others,we started chatting, my excitement was building as I could tell by her voice it was good news. When Cordula told me my claim was successful with FSCS couldn't thank her enough. I can't thank Cordula and her team for all their dedication and extremely hard work they all put in. A week later my fund were in my bank account minus fees. I can assure you the work that was done my behalf was well worth the fees and services I received form Cordula and her team. They are all amazing at the job they do to help people like me who have lost a lot. I would like to thank Cordula and ACL Consultancy Ltd for their relentless work. “What can we say, just brilliant. We had major issues with a Pension transfer without even realising we may be in a position to seek redress. Cordula took all the details and soon confirmed she thought we may have a case. Our journey started in early 2020 but ACL have been with us every step of the way. We must admit we had no idea of the outcome or whether we would succeed, but yesterday, success!! We are blown away and at least now we have restored some of our pension and can look forward to happier times. The last few years have been really quite stressful and an eye opener into the Financial markets in the UK but if you think you have been mis sold an investment, pension or the like, don't hesitate to fly your concerns past Cordula and ACL. There is a no nonsense approach and you will be told the harsh realities or other wise, absolutely first class, thank you”

“I researched originally to decide who to approach about pursuing compensation and from the reviews and an interview I read with Cordula she seemed the right person. Whilst I could have submitted a claim myself I decided that the time and effort this would require, combined with my lack of experience in this area, would make it time consuming and less likely to succeed. On speaking to her I felt very happy with this choice as Cordula is highly personable and also determined. She pursued three claims for us and succeeded in each one, with the last one taking years rather than months. This was not a fault on her part, but because it was a complicated process and she pursued it and kept us informed. I would recommend Cordula.”

“Mis sold pension. Hi to anyone reading this review. Not so long ago I was in the same position as you,of not knowing what to do. I was nervous and anxious about ringing. Believing it could be another dead end. But as it turned out it was the luckiest thing I have done. Through cord and the team at ACL I have had a surprising and successful outcome. The team at ACL are compassionate kind and very professional. You are not a number in a queue, treated with respect. If you are reading this don't run out of time give ACL a call. It could be your lucky day.”

“I have to say, that ACL Consultancy Ltd and especially Cordula, have been professional, informative and tenacious in getting my investment, which I had thought was lost. Back in my account. With out them I would have given up and lost all my investment. I can't recommend them highly enough. “I found myself in an awful situation regarding my pension, and had lost faith in anyone associated with financial matters. From the outset of my relationship with ACL , I was immediately impressed and reassured that this was a professional and experienced organisation who I could trust to look out for my best interests. Cord was always straightforward, plain speaking and candid about prospects and outcomes, as well as sympathetic to my situation and often very amusing. “ACL is fantastic. I found it so hard to trust anyone following the advice of an adviser employed by Insight Financial Associates and realising that I has effectively lost my pension funds in a Resort Group ‘investment’ in Cape Verde. When I spoke to Cord, she was so understanding of how I felt and what the loss meant. She explained everything clearly and didn’t make any rash promises. She worked tirelessly going through mounds of paper work that I couldn’t bear to look at and put together a case for the Financial Ombudsman. After lots of delays, there was a judgement in my favour but Insight offered a sum that was not as much as it should have been. ACL paid for an independent actuarial calculation of what I should receive. Insight still offered below it. ACL then paid for a Statutory Demand, which finally did the trick. I received the full amount of compensation. Throughout the process, which took over two years, Cord kept in touch and ensured that I understood what was happening. I am sure that her expertise and persistence made all the difference. I could never have done it on my own and I am so grateful for all her hard work. She definitely earned her fee, which is lower than many other claims companies I looked at. I have no hesitation at all in recommending ACL.”

“I was miss sold a pension and had a fist claim by a different solicitor who charged me quite a bit for not doing a great job, then I was told about ACL, what can I say! Just when I thought just about everyone to do with pensions where crooks I finally found people who are not. They reclaimed the rest of what was due to me ( which the first solicitor didn’t do). Very happy with ACL ‘s service, keeping me up to date, fees charged and what I got. Would recommend this consultancy team to anyone. Thanks again cord and team.”

“My husband and I are delighted with Cordula's services. We were unfortunate enough to be caught up with a pension conman. He introduced us to two claims firms before the penny dropped as to his actions and we were recommended to Cordula and her team by a fellow victim. Cord has updated us far more than either of the other firms combined and has worked incredibly hard to untangle the mess that he created. She's tracked everything through the system and knows the right people to speak to and the way around the problems which were presented to her. We've been delighted to receive one claim already, with another one working through the system. Cord has been very kind as the stress of the situation made me burst into tears on the phone to her. She talked through everything at a level I could understand, and we signed the relevant forms. Cord and her amazing team have done the rest. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone, and have done so with many other people I have managed to track down from being conned by this man. As well as being incredibly good at her job, Cord is also half the price of other firms as she has a commitment to justice, and not to just make money out of others misery. “I can’t begin to express my delight and surprise at how quickly, easily and effectively Cordula and her team dealt with my claim. They have been ultra-professional at every stage of the process, very communicative and extremely pleasant. I was devastated to find that my pension investment with Rowanmoor was basically worth nothing and spent a weekend worrying about how to sort this out. After researching the debacle that is Dunas Beach Resort and the problems that lots of other investors have had in the selling and administration of this scheme, ACL kept appearing as a company who could help. I am by nature a sceptic of claims handling companies and have avoided them in the past, but the reviews on ACL’s site seemed genuine and true, and these coupled with the fact that ACL actually advertise their fees for a successful claim convinced me to fill in the contact form to see if we could do anything to sort this out. So, Cordula contacted me the following day and we had a very informative discussion during which Cordula repeatedly advised me that based on the information I had given her, there was a possibility of a claim against the original IFA and the pension company but stressed to me that there was no need to engage a claim handler as the work could be done by myself and save the fees. How refreshing that there was no hard sell, no false promises and no guarantee of any recompense. Unsurprisingly I opted to pursue a claim through ACL and was kept informed of all developments throughout the process. A successful claim was made to FSCS regarding my mis-sold pension and I have been paid out in a matter of a few short months. I would not hesitate to engage ACL to handle any further claims - so easy and stress free. In conclusion, if you have reservations about engaging a claims handling company to guide you through and handle the mess your pension may be in, have no reservations in contacting ACL - you have nothing to lose and potentially a lot to be thankful for.”

“I was getting nowhere with my claim until Cordula and her team got involved this is my second claim for compensation for my pension I know for a fact I would be still waiting for a outcome without ACL they keep you informed take it from me if you need help contact them without delay”
