I researched originally to decide who to approach about pursuing compensation and from the reviews and an interview I read with Cordula she seemed the right person. Whilst I could have submitted a claim myself I decided that the time and effort this would require, combined with my lack of experience in this area, would make it time consuming and less likely to succeed. On speaking to her I felt very happy with this choice as Cordula is highly personable and also determined. She pursued three claims for us and succeeded in each one, with the last one taking years rather than months. This was not a fault on her part, but because it was a complicated process and she pursued it and kept us informed. I would recommend Cordula.
