“Having been put in contact with Cordula at ALC I can confirm that she was very friendly and professional and kept me updated. I had been told that I was wasting my time and that I would never get any money back, however Cordula won the battle for me, I will recommend her and ACL 100%”

“I would wholeheartedly recommend using ACL, who successfully recovered funds from a mis-sold financial scheme! My caseworker, Cord, is a very friendly and open person and it was a joy to work with her throughout the whole process. Her knowledge and the calm way in which she took me step-by-step through the claim was reassuring. Part of the claim took some time to complete, but throughout Cord would get in touch and update me without me having to chase her up. Her final message was: "I hope this e-mail has put a little smile on your face"... and it did! :)”

“We took the decision to have ACL Consultancy represent us for what we thought might be a lost cause case until we spoke to them. “This is the 2nd time that ACL has handled a compensation claim for me on a failed SIPP investment scheme. Cord, Hannah and the team have been thorough and consistent and successful in both cases. “ACL handled our potentially tricky claim superbly, at the start i wasn't convinced that our claim would happen, but both my wife and myself's SIPP claims were successful. Cord is extremely professional and knowledgeable and right from the start explained the process, all the potential ups and downs and how long these cases can sometimes take. We actually got back more than we expected, so overall i would definitely recommend and was glad we chose ACL to take on our claim.”

“I cannot tell you how happy I am with the service I received from Cord. I had been missold a SIPP and as the company went bust and the new company reinvested my money I feared I would never see any of it ever again. I had tried to claim myself and got nowhere so my last resort was to look at getting some help from a solicitor. From the outset Cordula was very responsive and took a genuine interest in nailing these people. She warned me it might not work and could take 5 years. Within a year I received more than all the money I had invested. I know this doesn’t happen everytime, but even with the fees payable to her this was well worth it. A lovely lady, fantastic communication, if you are having any doubts just give it ago anyway as she is very knowledgeable and will only take on a case if she think there is a chance of winning. Once again thanks so much Cord. I’m glad there are people like you in the world, to help us little people fight against these greedy companies.”

“I cannot espress how satisfied iIam with the service and commtiment from the team at ACL, I was very sceptical at the start and not very optimistic of any kind of result, however Cord and her team have been brilliant and this week i received compensation from the FSCS for my claim.
