Hi, I’m very sorry that our review request reached you before your order had even been delivered. This happened because the automatic review emails were automatically sent during our Christmas and New Year shutdown, and unfortunately went out before we returned and processed outstanding orders. Ordered two weeks ago and still no update or communication about the delay. Delays happen, but being completely ignored as a customer is not acceptable. Very disappointing service.

Only just been delivered today! therefore delivery system judged to be poor. The safety boots are as ordered but there was only ONE PAIR OF GLOVES in the boot box not the pack of ten ordered and paid for.

Says 2 to 3 days. Been a full week and not recieved my item. I emailed and was told there was a delay and it will take 2 days.. Still nothing. I want my money back.

I ordered saftey boots on Wednesday, 24th Septemper and today 30th September the item is still on hold.On your website its says that orders will be dispatched in 2-3 workings days.I supposed to receive it tomorrow and I do not have any email confifrom your side.The communication is very bad . Very disappointed.

This has been the worst online shopping experience I’ve had in a long time. I ordered a safety helmet from Ace Safetywear and, to this day, I have still not received my purchase. The main issue lies with the courier service, DX, which is absolutely unacceptable. They are impossible to contact – all responses are automated, and there is no way to speak to a real person. Their delivery drivers consistently fail to make proper delivery attempts. Despite being at home, they claimed to attempt delivery and just left a card through the door without even ringing the bell or knocking. To make matters worse, there's no option to leave the item in a safe place or reschedule a delivery properly as all times are between 9am and 5pm. I don't see why I should be expected to take a full day off work to wait in for a parcel that might turn up at the very end of the day!. The entire experience has been stressful, frustrating and incredibly time-wasting. Ace Safetywear seriously needs to reconsider using DX as a courier. If this is the level of service customers can expect, I will not be purchasing from you again, nor will I be recommending you to others. Extremely poor service from start to (not even) finish.

I have not received my wellingtons. Your chosen delivery service DX keeps going to the wrong address! I have waited in for four hours over two days and no one has come to the front door. I live in a ground floor flat and have kept an eye open, but they don't come to my property. They are next to impossible to contact except by an automated system that is extremely inflexible.

Bought a pair of Dunlop Purofort plus wellies. The delivery service by Ace safetyware was spot on but the wellies look like rejects … the top of each welly has been roughly cut with a knife. I don’t know if this is a standard Dunlop production or if someone’s pushing rejects under the guise of new. Wouldn’t recommend!

My wellies were meant to be delivered today but the courier couldn't find my farm. Perhaps using a courier who is used to even a vaguely rural environment would help. Packages have been delivered here for the last 200+ years without issue. It's been the same property name and address for all that time.

I had been looking for some shoes to wear in the garden whilst working for a while. But these are like dragging a brick around with you they are so heavy. The opening is also a tad tight for me I struggle to get into them. Problem with buying online I guess. I also need to read the returns instructions in future before purchasing anything online.

Every year I normally purchase either a pair of work boots or trousers. On each occasion I have placed an order with Ace, I have had to email/phone up to find out what is happening with my order, as there is never confirmation/correspondence that my order has been processed and sent. It seems that unless you get in contact with them, your order doesn’t progress (whether this is a technical problem or human error?) As stated on their website, the boots I ordered should have been delivered to me in 2/3 days, however this time it took 8 days! And this is like this every year I place an order! Just not good enough! I am now reluctant to use Ace safetywear in the future because of these bad experiences
