“Shoes were as shown on web page. Not as lightweight as I would have hoped. Goods toe width. For me the tongue is a little to short or to long as it digs in a bit this will diminish as they get worn in.”

“Although the website wasn't working properly, when I telephoned to report the problem and place the order via the phone, the gentleman who answered the call was very helpful. I was able to place and pay for my order, and it arrived this morning just 2 working days later. It would have been 5/5 if the website had been working!”

“Called to confirm an item was in stock and would be delivered within a certain timescale. This was confirmed and the item was ordered online within minutes. Less than an hour later I received a phone call stating that the item was in fact out of stock, and that the pricing was wrong on the website. It was supposed to be £40 more expensive. Funny how the item suddenly became out of stock.... shocking.”
