“I had difficulty sorting a supplier of Sherpa safety boots. As I have had 2 pairs over a number of years and swear by their comfort and safety. Ace had them and in 2 colours! Prompt efficient service was provided and would not hesitate to buy from them again. Thank you Ace and keep up the good work. Regards Paul.”

“Poor communication throughout; from the safety boot order, which carries VAT when the order is not for personal use but the website makes no clear reference of this; through to the dis-jointed delivery of the whole order with no effort to call me to inform that the order would, in fact, come in three separate deliveries. I was only informed when I called the office to check on the whereabouts of my goods. No genuine apologies forthcoming nor any efforts made to retain me as a customer.”
