“Before buying they said its gona be change my registration 5 days and i will received my plate withing 7 days ..after 7 days they send me email its took 15 days to come my plate..really disappointed ..”

“Started off ok then sent me wrong size plates wudnt listen eventually agreed I send the far to big 4d plates back got a bog standard one still had no refund for the expensive fancy plates been a few weeks we live in hope”

“I bought two number plates separately. Two separate orders and two separate payments. Had e-mail confirmations for both individually, but only one confirmation of documents being sent. Spoken to Absolute Reg and somehow they have messed up and put both orders on one. Sounds like this has happened before. So only one set of documents have been sent. Still waiting for it to be rectified.”

“I paid for the documentation admin and for new number plates and assumed this wouldn’t take too long as it was estimated it would be sorted in 7days. I chased after 7 days and was told preowned plates take a bit longer, I chased after another couple of weeks and finally got the plates 25 days after I paid. DVLA had already changed my VRN so I don’t know how long I had illegally been driving on my old plates.”

“Would not buy again. Not the cheapest. If I knew I had to snail mail my V5 in then I would not have proceeded. I did buy the plate and it came up that I had to mail in my V5 so I called to cancel but was told I had to pay £186. So I went ahead as I didn’t want to lose that much money. When I got the email that everything had been completed, I still had to call again for proof of transfer. Truly a hassle from start to finish. Very disappointing. Last company I bought a plate from was awesome from start to finish with no mailing in or phone calls.”

“Absolute Reg's prices and selection are great - but that's where it stops being good. On my first attempt I had to chase them up only to be told that the seller - yes they sell on consignment a lot of the time - messed up the paperwork and I'd need to select again. The next time I had to again chase them up for them in turn to chase up the seller. Now I'm chasing them up - and hearing nothing - because the email I received 3 weeks ago promising my documents were posted to me.....hasn't turned up. Zero customer service.”

“No. Issues with the transaction at all, I opted to buy the number plates along with the reg... All I can say is don't bother, buy your own. Arrived with no fixtures other than cheap double sided sticky pads that will no doubt last two minutes. No pre drilled holes to attach securely. Waste of time.”
