“had to contact this company many times as was told they had sent link to download my details for them to register plates. Each time they didn’t send link. I felt when i contacted company for advice on procedures they weren’t clear. Also when plates came they didn’t come with sufficient stickers garage felt they wouldn’t have been secure. So added tape.”

“Sold without knowledge that it couldn’t be transferred to my car. Paid transfer fee but wasn’t able to, it 100% wasn’t clear re age of the vehicle. Paid fee and was unable to get a refund on the fee.”
