“Claim that reg plate will be with you next day is misrepresentation. Did this to beat V5 which ended up arriving 2 days before - really disappointing”

“Turnaround time has been really slow, communication was okay but had numerous promises made that “it would be with me by the end of the week” for 3 weeks in a row, still not with us now. Been told to expect it next week..”

“First I wanted to get my reg on monthly instalments, but the whole amount was taken . Second I’ve tried to reach them to cancel the order , but after 1 day been told it’s already processed and have to pay £155 cancellation fee and SOME part of money paid will be refunded . Thanks a lot so I’ve just kept the number , but don’t recommend as I’m not happy at all .”

“Bought the Reg and it didn’t arrive. Called to check and it had already been sold but the seller hadn’t notified them. Not their fault but they didn’t refund or make much effort to contact me. They did refund quickly once I contacted them but poor really for over £1000”
