“Purchase process was straight forward. Customer service though is another story got hung up on after 1 hour of holding. Then rang another times and it wouldn’t even connect. Longest I’ve had to wait in this day and age to get through to some.”

“Great service although I wasant happy with a change I wanted to make with regards to a plate exchange as I’d not received the one I bought and the one I originally wanted came back up the quote ov 80 plus pounds was asking to much”

“I liked the idea of Absolute Reg doing it so save me time and I didn't mind paying the extra for that. 2 stars were given however because when being sold the new number plates supplied by you, the person at the end of the phone gave me an incorrect price if I went to Halfords ( so that your price was a lot cheaper). Not only that, he told me that although they're glued onto the car, it was possible to screw in the plates by drilling a hole and fixing them on. It wasn't possible! When I went to Halfords with your number plates to make holes and screw on for me, they not only explained why it couldn't be done (it would break the plastic) but the price they quoted to supply their number plates was similar to what you charged and certainly better quality. I had to purchase their plates because I needed the number plate to be fixed securely. I ended up with yours in a cupboard unable to use them. I felt I was missold.”

“I found the reg I was after, but couldn't complete my order online for some unknown reason. Called them the following morning to complete the purchase, which wasn't too much of a problem. Just found it annoying that they decided to a few extras onto to price without asking me. An extra £5.99 for first class post (it's just a letter?!!) Also £2 for charity, no explanation as to what for. They also put alot of emphasis on how difficult it is to register the number plate, but for £34.99 they'll sort it out. The reality is, it takes 5 minutes at most online, and its done instantly. Overall not impressed with this company.”
