Well I didn’t know any about sending you across my information about plate change so been sat around waiting for my new paperwork… think I would have been all year if I didn’t ring you guys

It's hard to give a rating as finding a number plate was simple, the ordering process was equally as simple and without any issues. The customer service is also good and without complaint. The issue I had was the lack of updates, or anywhere to find out the status of my registration transfer. It was done within the time period as specified but until I received the email to say it's done, you don't hear anything. It's not a massive fault and can be rectified by having a login area for customers and a status with update to stop customers guessing.

The plate we ordered was on sale..but then they had trouble getting it front the seller..having asked several times for information I finally gave up on it and got another for sons birthday. Once the process was started it didn't take that long. Better communication could be had between the company and customers.

Shortly after placing my order for the private registration, I reached out to cancel it and request a different one. However, the representative informed me that my order had already been processed. I wasn’t looking for a refund; I simply made an error and wanted to modify my order. I was quoted £181 to make any changes, which felt excessive. Honestly, I doubt it had been processed so quickly since it took several days for it to arrive afterwards. Overall, I was left feeling quite let down.

Not very clear on when I get my reg when it goes live or when I recive my plates so I'm not sure when it's live or when to notify insurance but all they keep saying is dnt contact us you'll slow your process down . The whole process has bin annoying at the least and I still dnt know if I'm breaking the law by useing my old plates till the new ones come its a joke

Recently bought a plate from here, the communication was very poor, I was given no information at all considering this was my first ever private reg so I was abit clueless, it’s like they didn’t want to help at all. And masie who was emailing me sounds like she needs to get a job she’s genuinely happy in because she was unhelpful to say the very least! Very poor customer service throughout and wouldn’t recommend

The purchase was straight forward and the number plates were delivered with no problems. The difficulty came when the V750 form was sent to me. I was not in when it arrived, it had no postage or return address on it. A Post Office card was left informing me I would need to collect it from a Post Office depot and pay £5. At the depot a member of staff showed me the envelope first to see if I wanted to take it. He said it would be destroyed because there was no return address. Luckily I decided to take it.

Buying process was good. After care and delivery of new certificate was longer than expected. When I called to enquire what was happening, the person that answered wasn’t very professional or nice

Ok, but nothing special. I received email with free tfr service worth 39.99 but at same time I got txt with what I thought was same deal, this was for mystery discount which turned out to be £5 Contacted absolute reg and they were unable to apply code. It turned out that they couldn’t do the tfr service as I hadn’t got the v5c ( I had just purchased new car) only the green slip, Still waiting for my plates to arrive 2 days after I got confirmation that the new number has been tfrd on to new car.

Process was quick and easy plates arrived quickly and the email to say certificate from dvla had been posted but not received anything yet not even a follow up email to see if there's any aftersales support needed

I had a smooth journey apart from one reason where i have selected my partner as benefeciary and didnt realise she will be put as registered keeper instead of me, i found that bit confusing and ended up paying £80 for changing the documents. Also when i paid initially, website says someone will call and explain the process but no one called and i had to call back to make sure my application reached ok.

Purchased a number plate for my company vehicle as a treat very pleased with the plate and value for money unfortunately I received no email or call regarding change over from my original plate until I contacted them about 2weeks later I was told I could have received the email in a spam folder but having thoroughly checked this wasn’t the case the problem was corrected immediately I have now sent off all relevant information and wait for my plates to arrive
