“Basically reselling anything they find on the dvla registrations website.. they don't own any registrations at all. Surprised they're allowed to trade like that as a reseller. Once you paid your money your history. Make sure your 100% with your purchase as soon as you press that button they'll charge you the £80 registration fee dvla charges them. They then register the registration plate in their name and nominate a name to whoever buys it from them. Clever”

“Found the perfect plate for my son . Paid for full management. After a week I rang and was told I couldn’t have the plate until I had the v5 , I explained it was a brand new car and the plate could go straight on , as I understood would be ok. It wasn’t until I got the general manager of the dealership involved that anything happened. Very disappointing that I felt as a woman I was told wrong information and made to feel stupid.”

“Purchased a plate on the 2nd april, a sunday night, i soon realised i had purchased the wrong digit, i wanted 21 not 22. Phoned 1st thing monday morning to get it rectified only to be told it would cost me a further £80 plus VAT! Order wouldnt have been processed! Customer service is absolute rubbish!”
