“First time buying from this company and after 2weeks, still had received no registration document. When I rang, the guy I spoke to told me I hadn't bought that number from them, when I CLEARLY HAD !!After insisting that I had definitely made the purchase from them and gave him the date of my confirmation email, he finally found it.Finally received my documentation after 7 days. Would go back to using CARREG in future, hassle free everytime”

“During purchase didnt see anywhere to put the nominated person,as was buying for a birthday present. Tried to email .. no reply .called to sort this out and had to pay another cost to change name ... not happy”

“Paid £80 for a transfer fee never received my log book had to pay £25 for a new log book so I could do the transfer myself as I'd waited over 6 weeks”

“Getting the reg transfer was simple enough, however getting a set of plates proved to be a huge head ache and have had a car that is not legal for the past 3 weeks.”

“Basically reselling anything they find on the dvla registrations website.. they don't own any registrations at all. Surprised they're allowed to trade like that as a reseller. Once you paid your money your history. Make sure your 100% with your purchase as soon as you press that button they'll charge you the £80 registration fee dvla charges them. They then register the registration plate in their name and nominate a name to whoever buys it from them. Clever”
