They sold me a plate they couldn't get I then settled for another plate but they tried to charge me more than it was worth. Eventually I managed to get a suitable plate at a price i was happy with (similar to what I saw at swift reg) but this all took approximately 7 months witb terible communication on theor part. I would never use them again.

I bought plate on 11/11/22 and had no communication or plates or documentation since. When I phoned they said it would not take 7-10 days. Still no plates, documentation or communication despite calling this morning 30 Nov and promised a call back. Not happy.

This is very poor service I am waiting more then 20 days since when I payed my private number wift reg is way better and smoother I sent yhe v5 10 days ago and I don't still received my new v5 they said don't contact us 4 weeks I am still waiting my new v5

Bought 2 numbers, 1 from Absolute and then 1 from DVLA direct, not only more expensive than DVLA but whereas DVLA emailed acknowledgement in minutes, Absolute took days and also took twice as long for the certificate to arrive. First and last time using them.

I bought a reg, paid money, chased the delivery x 4 times only to be told it was not available. Mistakenly available. Absolute disgrace of an organisation. Could not be a worse experience

Bought a plate. After a month of stalling tactics, I mentioned why the plate was still registered to another car. Even though I was told previously it was being processed by the DVLA and then it was with the transfer team. Who for some reason do not deal with the public. After a bit of a splutter I was offered my money back.

Took over a month to transfer over and when they had a problem they didnt contact me to discuss this matter, instead waited for me to contact them after a few months

Customer service not helpful. One word answers. Unsure of process to transfer plates. Wait weeks for email response, made a call in the end as just got generic “call us” email.

My wife ordered number plates for my sons car on Monday 21st March. We ordered the plates before 15:00 so they would arrive the following day. It is now Sat 26th March and still not received the number plates. Tried calling direct but the line is down. To say I am disappointed in the service provided would be an understatement !!

I ordered my reg on 24/09/2021 at 11:26. The short version of this review is I am still £5,103.48 out of pocket, and I still don't have my reg. I was told it would be a few weeks. The owner is also the customer service, and when I previously wrote a review, I was asked if I could kindly take it down back in November. I thought the apology, and the masquerading of jumping into action was more than a good enough reason to remove my review and wait a bit longer. It's now been over 6 months, my emails aren't replied to, my calls aren't returned, and when I do get through I get told I'll receive a call back with an update soon. The excuse often comes back to DVLA processing, they'll be back to Absolute Reg in 72 hours and then you'll get your update, or that's how it's supposed to go anyway. However, that's never the case, the update rarely comes, and if it does then it's just more incoherent waffle on processes that are hidden behind the veil of a poorly organised business trying to hide behind the process of the DVLA, also hidden from scrutiny. You're consistent left in the dark, they hold on to your money and you have nothing to show for it. You'll often be told "Oh we're happy to give you a refund" but nothing materialises, I don't necessarily want the refund I want the reg I paid for 6 months ago, I want to be communicated with and reassured that I have not just been swindled by a swanky sales men and a moderately well put together website. I suspect that again this will fall on deaf ears, but I write in the hope I will save someone else from the tortuous processes and borderline pyramid scheme, where they hold your money until they can acquire the reg they proclaimed to already have.
