“Absolutely rubbish service when you want to buy your number plate on the phone, and speak to a human being! 90% of staff are rude, arrogant, non helpful, and can’t be bothered to help. When they do so they get the wrong email, because they don’t listen as they talk so quick! I have rang your service about 5 times with various problems due to incompetent staff not doing their job properly. This has left me upset, rather than happy as I have been lucky enough to buy my dream plate! So….. thanks absolute reg for absolutely destroying my dream of buying my reg! I will certainly not be recommending you to anyone!!!!”

“Lied when I got reg told me it would go on my older didn't so cost me money to buy a new car so reg would go on that's down to who ever answers phone know need to lie to get sale and comosion”

“Ordered a different plate but when they processed it, it was assigned a complete different reg. When called to explain that’s a completely wrong order. I have received an agent didn’t even bother to accept a mistake sorry or apologise. Wasted £400 for nothing”

“Got email asking me to review absolute reg think they should of waited a little longer because it's been 10 days and have still not received the paperwork for the registration I bought longest I've ever had to wait for the documents to arrive for a registration won't be. Won't be using again”

“Bought & paid for a number online only to receive a call saying it wasn't available, chose another number, waited 3 weeks, had to chase them, said they were waiting for the V750 number. Eventually the transfer happened but I am still waiting for the V750. Have emailed but they say they are still waiting for the paper copy. I paid extra so they would do all the work but I have had to keeping chasing them. If you phone you have to wait ages. I wouldn't recommend them and will do it myself next time. Rubbish”

“I ordered a reg and when check emails was complete different one called. Them up for them to say i had to pay £185 pound to change it to the write one wasn't happy at all”

“Very poor service. No Paperwork yet and it's 2 weeks since I bought my registration. You send emails only to be returned as a non return address. Sort it out or give me my money back.”

“Sent my v5 to absolute reg so they could take care of transferring reg and they said they didn’t receive it. Asked for a refund on transferring fee and was told they don’t do refunds. Jokers”
