“Bad service”

“When I ordered a number plate auto fill on my phone filled out the wrong address. I emailed absolute reg less than an hour later informing them of my mistake and giving them the correct address and my contact information. Two weeks later they have posted the documents to the wrong address. I contacted absolute reg again only to be told that I will have to wait for someone to enter the address (which is empty) and hope they have the decency to return the documents, before absolute reg will do anything.”

“I made my purchase in November 2021.i have received nothing so far. No paperwork or even a phone call. I have contacted Absolute Reg 3 times to be told they are waiting for paperwork. They have 2 weeks then I will be requesting a full refund. Terrible.”
