“Bought several pairs of earrings over the past few months. A two pair set for my Sister’s 50th. She is allergic to nickel etc, so I thought I’d try this Company (seeing as it claims their pieces are hypoallergenic). That was October and she hasn’t taken them out since! So after Christmas I decided to try a pair myself as I’m really sensitive too, so don’t wear earrings much. They’re the best I’ve ever had including gold earrings. No irritation at all. The jewellery is also lovely. Definitely recommend if you are sensitive to jewellery.”

“What a brilliant company from the customer service who are so helpful to the packaging team, items come lovely wrapped. I had birthstone necklace & ring for Christmas and everyone says how nice they are . I brought a friend a birthday bracelet for a special birthday and she couldn't stop smiling as she opened it . Delivery is great as well . Well done to you all x”

“The items I bought are stunning. However I’ve only given 4/5 because the items were ordered in late November in time for Christmas and they did not arrive until about the 29th. That being said, the customer service was brilliant and I received a voucher as an apology. The gift was also really well received but the lateness loses a star for me.”

“I've bought a few items from abbott and Lyon over the last few years and have always found them to be great quality for very reasonable price. There has been a couple of occasions over the Christmas period where items have been lost, but the customer service i received on both occasions have been brilliant, they looked into it very quickly and arranged replacements as quickly as possible. Brilliant customer service and items and will only really buy jewelry from them.”
