The ordering process was easy, and I liked how many customisation options there were — it felt like I was creating something unique. The necklace arrived in beautiful packaging, which made it feel extra special (perfect if you’re gifting). The quality of the piece is great for the price — it feels sturdy, and I’ve worn it multiple times without any issues like tarnishing or irritation. It definitely has that “affordable luxury” look. My only slight complaint was the delivery time. It took a bit longer than I expected, especially for a personalised item, so I’d recommend ordering well in advance if it’s for a special occasion. All in all, I’d definitely order from Abbott Lyon again — especially for personalised gifts. The design, presentation, and overall experience made it worth it.”

“Honestly the best brand!!! I would give more stars if i could. The jewellery is affordable luxury. Every piece i have bought i wear something daily, the quality is fantastic, no tarnishing or going dull, and each unique personalised piece is extra special to me. And most of all I can not fault the customer service! I have issues with postal service (not any fault of Abbott Lyons) but they have helped immediately with such a caring, genuine want to help and rapid response. I genuinely would not buy my jewellery from anywhere else. With each collection there is something for everyone, so ive been able to buy for friends and family no problem and all loved their pieces. Highly recommend, a trustworthy brand with amazing quailty jewellery!!”
