“When I had. Query re delivery I got an instant reply with a ticket number as it was out of hours a member of the customer service team contacted me the next day as promised and stated in contact with me u til my issue was resolved above and beyond my expectations. Excellent customer service”

“I was so impressed with the communication when I ordered my name stamp bangle. As it was personalised there was a slightly longer wait time than standard items but I was kept informed every step of the way and when it arrived I was blown away with the piece in fact I haven’t taken it off!”

Such great quality. The colours are appealing and a real statement of happiness. I was so impressed with the quality of the jewellery and the finer details such as the engraving inside the bracelet along with the ability to personalise the order. I would highly recommend Abbott Lyon as a gift for yourself or for a loved one ! Stand out piece for me is the moon and back gold bracelet!”
