“My original bracelet broke but when I contacted customer services they sent out a replacement very promptly. The replacement is different to the original (the chain and clovers are different) but I much prefer them as they appear to be less likely to break again and of a better design. I’m really happy with the customer service as I am already a repeat customer and will continue to be so”

“I saw this brand advertised on TV with Stacey Solomon. I purchased the small initial necklace with birthstone pendant for my sister’s birthday. When it arrived I was delighted…… I want this for myself now 😂 Lovingly wrapped very high quality. Delivery excellent. I know my sister will be over the moon when she sees her necklace. Highly recommend this site for any jewellery purchases. I will be ordering again in the New Year. Keep up the good work :) Have a lovely Christmas 🎅🏻”

“Bought a double initial necklace for my daughter, it arrived today, it really is beautiful the packaging it lovely as well, I could not be happier, I'm sure it will be her favourite gift that she opens on Christmas day.
