It felt like luxury without being overly expensive. The customer service team was really helpful too. I had a quick question about the customisation and they replied fast and were super polite, which made the whole experience feel more personal. Delivery was also really smooth – it arrived quicker than expected, beautifully packaged, and felt like a proper gift even though it was for myself! The unboxing experience was definitely a highlight. I haven’t had to return anything yet, but I did read up on their returns and refund process before buying, and it seemed really fair and straightforward, especially for personalised items (which usually can’t be returned anywhere else). That gave me extra confidence when ordering. Overall, Abbott Lyon made me happy by delivering something that felt special, arrived on time, and looked way more expensive than it was. I’d definitely recommend them if you’re after something unique and meaningful – either for yourself or as a gift.”
