“Over priced for the quality of the material”

We do apologise that your purchase did not meet your expectations and can confirm that the majority of our pieces are sold separately and not as a full outfit. We understand that our pricing may be considered quite high, however, at AAB, a great effort is taken to use a high level of fabric quality, stitching as well as providing a high level of customer service. Please note, the designs are not purchased from a third party, they are designed and manufactured by ourselves and we control the entire process. There is a cost attached with producing high quality garments especially when the majority of the fabric we use are natural fibres, and not man made synthetic fibres readily available and mass produced. We also emphasise the use of ethical practices and due to these reasons, the price is reflected in the quality of the items we produce. Also, as a way of giving back to our customers, we also have a loyalty scheme in place on order to give customers the chance to receive points and rewards the more they shop with us. “I have one Aab dress which is beautiful but I have now ordered two more and sent two back. They were described as white but when they arrived they were a washed out grey - so disappointing as the designs are so lovely.”

“Nice flowy dress, fabric is not see through, it drops nicely. I bought size small, fitting is good, sits well around the shoulder areas. Although it's a lovely dress, it's very expensive. with delivery a paid almost £100, which is quite ridiculous. Then when you receive it, you have to hope that it fits and you like it, otherwise your paying again to return it. Aab really should do something about free returns, especially now that the store doesnt exist in green street either.”

“Lack of neutral colours and modern styles. Colours which arrived appear very different to on the website. I don’t have this issue with other websites. However the active wear is good to spite the price being high.”

“Delivery was super fast, designs are beautiful, however, the fitting on some of their pieces are a bit off. I also find it a bit inconvenient that their returns are not free, as I usually like to bulk buy to try them on at home then return what did not suit me. However, this can become quite expensive as the more you order the more you pay for returns. Also, any online purchases made, cannot be returned in-store which seems a bit silly to be honest. For that reason, it puts me off ordering, unfortunately.”

“Generally the quality is okish, considering the prices. But this last buy, this quality of fabric has deteriorated considerably. Returned all items except one hijab. I have bought from aab the past 7 years, and wish the previous softbrush linen fabric was reintroduced. This new fabric which they call viscous is of much lower quality, doesn't last long and infact bobbles over wear. I'm a huge fan of aab, but recently, the designs and fits have also become less modest and suitable only for super skinny models. I've always worn xs, with ease, and even though I'm the same size, I fell the same sizes are now revealing. Money is not an issue, but please bring back the softbrush linen you did 6 years ago. Also, some crepe chiffon or some sort of polyester would be great in certain designs, as it gets boring wearing te same fabric. Material that isn't so figure hugging. Please don't hesitate to contact me for further details. Customer service has always been more than exceptional, amazing staff and very helpful. Love the team.”
