“My DIL order some jumper dress for me and for self unfortunately for her the dress expanded in the wash so I’m a bit reluctant in wearing my order until the cold weather comes in And as for prices they are a bit high and the cost of delivery and returns does add up when you order So basically you have to be a good judge from the pictures that the models wear that when ordering as it’s correct to our body shape”

“Overall I’m pleased with Aab collection but the last 2 purchases made the sizes weren’t accurate, I normally get size small, length 56 but I had to return both items as the length was 54 but label stated 56😔 was disappointed.”

“I wish items to be more loose in size. Most of them appear to be too tight in the bust area. As they are islamic clothes, they must be more relaxed in fitting.”

“Aab’s collection is amazing in design but the viscose fabric used in most of them is terrible, unfortunately. It makes the garment look awful as it creases so much. I know many people who don’t buy from Aab due to this reason. Aab needs to find non crease, easy care fabrics. I managed to find a maxi that was polyester so I bought that.”

“Neither delivery (only for orders over £100) nor returns are free. I ordered a wrong size and it cost me too much I would not order again.”

“The sizes of the clothes you provide are not the sizes specified in the size guide. They are much smaller making it difficult for people to order items to their correct size. Then when returns need to be made, we have to pay a lot of money to send back.”

“I like Aab collection for their Abayas not purchased the hijabs or hijab caps, pins etc. For me I don’t like the fact postage (delivery and returns) is not free especially considering the Abaya are expensive. There needs to be free click and collect type service. Most online shopping offer this now why not Aab? In the absence of local Aab shops to physically go into and see or try on your purchase having free click and collect would help immensely, I and many other customers could order more confidently.”

“I love the designs but sizing on maxis is very fitted even in xl. Also the necklines are wide and show skin so I have to later up more underneath.”
