“Clothing is good quality but very overpriced. No customer loyalty recognition. Been shopping here over few years but see no incentive to keep doing so.”

“I really liked the dress itself. The reason I gave 3 stars is that I noticed there was a misshapen small gold safety pin inside the dress. Not sure if this dress was returned by someone who had tried it on etc but I'm glad I didnt accidentally get pricked by it. The dress itself seemed fine though and was a nice design, lined and modest, sizing was good too. If it wasnt for the safety pin would've given 5 stars.”

“The order was ok. However, having to pay for you return is rather off-putting and has left me not wanting to make another purchase. Especially when you order things online it’s hard to tell what looks right until you get it.”

“For the quality of the clothes it’s not worth the price.. it’s totally different once you see it in real. It’s very pricey for the quality. but I bought it because I thought it looks very good on the models.”

“Nice collection but whenever I go on the site everything I want is sold out or my size is sold out. I was surprised when I ordered an hijab and they actually had the one I wanted. Then a couple of days later I was told it was sold out.”

“I am brought 7/8 scarfs and had higher Hope's they would be very good better then super market and other top brands. I love the plan scarfs colours however extremely disappointing the scarf material labels on the scarf very cheaply done extremely over priced even though I got them on sale still extremely over priced not worth at all. The printed ones just same as super market and retailer prices 21 at Aab discount was £14 again I was shocked when received them. Sadly wouldn't recommend them at all. Advertising and photoshoots amazing but in person totally opposite quality some as super market labels extremely poorly done sad and very disappointing. I would return them if I have time to as preparing for a trip I didn't have time too return them.”

“as I don’t live close to Aab store, I have shopped online from them. However not as much as I would as Aab charges for both delivery and returns where as most companies charge one way either for delivery or returns. Also delivery is slow compared to others”

“Ordered the winter knit collection, not flattering /quite clingy for size 16, only looks good on smaller sizes and / or no curves. Had to return all of it I’m afraid and stick to Cos, Arket or H&M for longer length knits.”

“If I have to always return order by registered post, it takes Abb over fortnight to complete return. That is why I have given three star.”
