“What a waste of my time Naz, and a loss for your company. I asked for a blank A4 sample and received some 35mm dots. How am I supposed to check the print quality on these? I given you 2 stars for your delivery time.”

Thank you for making us aware of this Gary and you have already spoken with Nazmin in our customer care team and she has sorted out a sample label size that will allow you to test print more easily on your printer. In relation to the postal service offered by Royal Mail, your sample was posted at 14:05:30 on Friday 24.07.20 and delivered to your letterbox yesterday, Monday 27.07.20, which is perhaps a working day later than we would have hoped, but not within our control once collected. We very much hope that you find the gloss-white Polypropylene material for inkjet printing satisfactory and look forward to continuing to be of service when you require labels.

“order number AA235680 Bonjour, J'ai reçu les étiquettes seulement le 21.07 Le format ne correspond pas au modèle que j'ai demandé. Les angles devraient être beaucoup plus arrondis. Dans ma demande j'ai mentionné le diamètre extérieur max 105 mm. J'ai reçu avec un diamètre de 130mm. Je peux dérouler et jeter une bonne partie des étiquettes. Merci de trouver une solution. “Very happy with the labels, speed of delivery etc but please review your courier costs to Northern Ireland! £20 to get a box of paper here seems a little exorbitant compared with others... thanks.”

Thank you for the recent order of matt-white paper labels on A4 Dry Ede sheets Colin and for providing this feedback, but as you now know the invoice was emailed to your email address provided on the same day that the order was placed and labels despatched at 14:31:52. However following the call from our customer care team today we have provided you with a copy. We are sorry that this misunderstanding has caused obvious annoyance and we hope that the issue is now resolved and look forward to continuing to be of service again, whenever you require labels.
