“Superb - very good when enquiring and then ordering even though it was not a large order. Bit more expensive with delivery charge & vat. However - delivery was in timeframe and was advised by email of progress, labels were very well protected in the package and printed very well as per template. Would use again - good Company.”

“The best label company you will ever use, great products, great prices and excellent service, what's not to like! I only wish I needed more labels than I do. I have no connection to this company (would be proud if I did tbh) If only every other company operated this way, keep it up!”

“Excellent web site and ordering process. Took advantage of sample offer but disappointed that we received a sample 222*50 instead of the 150*60 requested. We are a Foodbank Charity and we wanted to see how the label would look on our Food Trays.”

“I’m sure they’re great when I get them to print but the website has no fine adjustments for print yourself as Avery does on their website. Having huge problems printing them on the labels in the right place.”

Thank you for the first order of labels Kimberley and for providing us with this information. We are sorry to learn that you have been having problems using our online tools to creat your tamper-evident lid label designs, but can see from the screen-shot added on Hotjar that you appear to have tried to use the "Template Selection" tool, on which there is less functionality than "Label Designer" in terms of design tools. We have passed both reviews on to our customer care team to contact you and see what assistance we can provide to help you with your label designs. Which we hope we can resolve and look forward to continuing to be of service whenever you require labels.
