“I am very dissapointed for all the steps. Impossible to confirm the order online. Then need to do it per email with the pro forma invoice, no proof for a week. Then need to call and to relaunch everyday to have my order after two weeks. I think it is a total disaster you need to review completely your process!”

Merci pour la commande répétée d'étiquettes imprimées sur papier blanc mat et nous sommes désolés d'apprendre votre déception pour le service reçu. Cependant, nous sommes un peu confus car vous avez passé la commande le mardi 16.06.20 à 11:56 avec le paiement à suivre et les étiquettes imprimées vous ont été expédiées le mercredi 24.06.20 à 14:35, soit seulement 7 jours ouvrables après avoir passé le commande et en attente de paiement. Nous nous excusons évidemment que vous vous attendiez clairement à autre chose, mais nous nous réjouissons de l'opportunité de continuer à travailler avec vous et à fournir le service client dont vous avez besoin. Thank you for the repeat order of printed labels on matt-white paper and we are very sorry to learn of your dissapointment with the service recieved. However we are a little confused as you placed the order on Tuesday 16.06.20 at 11:56 with payment to follow and the printed labels were despatched to you on Wednesday 24.06.20 at 14:35 which is only 7 working days from placing the order and waiting for payment. We obviously apologise that you clearly expected something else, but look forward to the opportunity of continuing to work with you and provide the customer service that you require.

“An incredible find amongst internet vastness of offer for labels and printing services. Very simple site which offers a huuuge, & I mean huge variety of labels & other supplies, with so much options and choices! Very happy with the delivery time even during these(COVID-19) times! Prices are cheapest I found yet, also they give a discount at the first purchase. And happy to recommend if someone will be looking for these services! Thank you for your hard work & cooperation.”
