“Not impressed - my order was sent to an incomplete address and took 10 days to arrive. When I tried to place another order over the phone you tried to charge me overseas postage rates to Jersey, when I know that the same charge applies to Jersey for postage from the UK as it does to anywhere else in the UK. Very disappointed in your service, I shall shop elsewhere.”

But just for the clarification the order was placed by yourself via our website and you put the incomplete address. Once the issue came to our notice we contacted to the courier and made sue that your order is being delivered to the complete and correct address. “In looking for a very specific size of label to recreate ready printed ones that I used to order elsewhere, I eventually found the right size with AA and they were ordered and delivered efficiently (delivery driver even accurately followed my directions on where to leave the labels when I was out!!). Labels were a little pricier than I have normally paid, and I would have loved a template in the envelope setting out the measurements to get the labels printing properly ... I did eventually find the measurement info I needed but still a dark outline template in the packs would be helpful (am I just a bit of a dinosaur?!!)”

“The speed of service is excellent however we had to arrange to send it to a UK address rather than pay an additional 80% in delivery fees to the Isle of Man when a stamp for £2.50 would have seen it delivered direct (the postage our agent put on the forwarded envelope). we rang your customer service number to see if you could consider assessing that I was ordering 25 sheets of A4 labels and not a larege box and this was not considered which was a disappointment.”

“Excelent communication, I needed to reorder, howver the initail order was over 2 years ago. It was very easy to upload the new pdf and the proof was sent almost straight away. The 10,000 stickers arrived within the next two days. Great service again. Would highly recommend.”
