“Loved how they contacted me before the printing of the art work for details on how i wanted it to look and then sent me a draft to see if it was as i expected before the print. Excellent communication”

“I ordered my labels on wednesday 3rd for delivery on the 5th by 12, i then rung up your call centre and they upgraded my delivery to a 10,30am on the 5th cause i needed them urgently, when they didn't arrive i phoned up to be told they hadn't been sent out yet i paid extra for my delivery as well, so i was let down by yourselfs and it is very fustrating not being able to speak to someone from AA labels to sort out the problem instead getting a call centre based in another country not being able to sort my problem and not even been offered my delivery fee back so i was very disappointed with my service i received Many thanks Mark”

“Labia (Customer Service) was very helpful when I made a mistake and she 'saved the day!' I have been using AA labels for 20 years or so and I have always found them to be a first rate company with first rate products and first rate Customer Service.”
