“I keep trying to tell them that I didn’t receive the redemption codes for 4 purchases of the surprise mini break deal. Which turned out to be 4 vouchers. Not received any codes that work after redeemed. Now nearly expired and just get unhelpful robot messages and no help from customer service. Stressful, lost money and time wasting”

“First time I used them. It was difficult to redeem the voucher because you have to scan the qr code. So you need a tablet/computer and your phone. This was very difficult to do, be better if you could just click on a link. After several attempts I was able to redeem what I had paid for. The product was good and good value, hence the 4 stars.”
