“Ordered Wednesday and arrived the following Wednesday, so not lightning fast but not a problem in the current Covid climate. Came well packaged and would happily buy from again.”

“Having read a few negative reviews from former customers regarding poor customer services I must say I was apprehensive about placing an order. However due to the choice and price I felt it was worth a risk and I am glad I did. My order arrived a couple of days later and although during transit one of the cans split Tom was very quick to put this right and I have no concerns about their customer services. In fact I would say it’s very good. Will certainly be ordering again.”

“WiseBartender's selection of alcohol-free and low-alcohol beers is excellent, and I've discovered a world of delicious drinks through them to help me drink less alcohol. I give them four stars instead of five because I've placed several orders in the last year and all of them were picked incorrectly in some way, sometimes by mistake and sometimes because certain drinks weren't available - although this wasn't apparent from the website. Where substitutes were delivered they were picked without communication so I've ended up with a lot of drinks I didn't want. That said, every time I emailed about this, Tom has immediately sent out the correct drinks or provided credit. A great business that just needs to pay a little more attention to detail to be perfect.”
