“Initially we had a delivery problem ( only half our order delivered) . However when we reported the problem it was resolved easily and quickly. That is always a good sign about their level of customer service.”

“I love the choice and the personal service, although we have had problems with drinks breaking in the past (generally the drinks at the bottom, which go straight in the box with no protection, rather than the drinks on top, which are extremely well protected and packaged). Excellent to offer a wide selection of low/no alcohol drinks, please continue to do what you do! You are very much wanted and hopefully your demographic will continue to increase! Good luck in reducing the number of assholes in the world 😂 :)”

“This is my second experience of using Wise Bartender. The first order during the early days of lockdown arrived damaged and taped together in plastic Royal Mail boxes. This time was much better. Well packaged and fast. Unfortunately delivery was at short notice with no warning and someone has to be available so I missed it. I prefer couriers who will leave the boxes if the customer is not home. There are many alcohol free websites now and I've looked at a lot. Wise Bartender is definitely one of the best. Good layout and choice. Pricing is very clear and they stock the sort of beer I like. If this order is typical of the quality I'll probably stick with them rather than keep shopping around. More control over delivery date or safe-place would be useful”

“Cannot fault the selection from Wise Bartender. They have it all! I can fault issues with stock management; two different orders have arrived with a half dozen items swapped out... or they've been forgotten! However customer service is prompt, and issues are put right quickly, be it a credit on account, or offers to send out replacements. Clearly the issue is with the technology here, and I've been informed they've just updated the system to prevent this happening in future.”

“Best selection and flexibility to order NA beer. Great to see new UK beers available, please keep growing this. Would be improved with less packaging and better communication about can to bottle substitutions.”

“Excellent selection of AF beers. Really good info on products, including which are low-calorie and gluten-free. One star lost because there's no option to say if you want substitutions or refund if a beer is out of stock (I would prefer a refund and Wise Bartender send subs).”
