“I love Wise Bartender. Without doubt, WB has the best selection of no-alcohol/low-alcohol drinks I've found. There are other providers with (slightly) lower prices, and there are a few providers with a (slightly) wider range of products, and I have shopped with quite a few. Overall, though, I keep going back to WB because the products are really top quality and the prices are very fair. I've had a couple of 'bumps' with delivery -- changes to the order because of stocking issues, which is fine, but the changes are often made without explanation -- so I'm still a little anxious about exactly what I'll find in the box when I receive my order, hence 4 stars instead of 5. BUT, I've no doubt that that will settle down in time, because the service is friendly and quick. Definitely recommend.”

“This was my first order, so I was slightly anxious if all was to go well. I had no need to worry, all my questions were answered quickly and efficiently. The order arrived on time and the packaging was sufficient. I will have no hesitation to order again.”

“Good choice of drinks, straightforward website. The first box arrived in a few days, the other one went AWOL courtesy of ParcelForce, but WB chased it up quickly and the second part of the order arrived shortly after.”

“The delivery came really quickly and the staff are very friendly and efficient would definitely order from them again. The only reason I didn’t give an ‘excellent’ is that I’m a bit disappointed by a very short date on a recent purchase which I feel I should have been made aware of. The item goes out in 2 months and 14 days, they only draw attention at 2 months. Think maybe should be extended to 3 months. I wouldn’t have bought as many of the product had I known. But apart from that- great company.”

“Quick delivery. The 24 bottles of beer I bought were meant to be a Christmas gift, however 3 of these were out of date before the end of November, so I've had to remove these and substitute them with 3 from the supermarkets. Overall good service and good products in general.”

“The website is easy to use, the product choice is great and the speed of delivery always beats expectations. My only quibble is the pricing model. I couldn't order a 24 can pack of my preferred beer to get a 10% discount but I was able to order 24 individual cans. I could understand this if it weren't for the fact that previous orders for a 24 pack have obviously been hand picked because there was a mix of cans and bottles.”
