No internet since Sunday rude customer service no help at all joke of a company

Spent 43 minutes listening to musi c only to getthrough to technical dept the woman who answered phone hung up on me after I asked her to repeat what she had just said. Called straight back and never got an answer upto 59 minutes disgusting service no internet for over 4 hours in Cleveleys

Have booked in for installation on my only day off. Get told between 8am and 12pm installation. Get a phone call at 11am on the day to say the engineer due to install has phoned in sick. I've waited in all morning when I only have today to get jobs done, to be informed last minute.Now I have to find someone else to sit in on a new installation date as the engineers do not work weekends, which are my only days off and cannot do specific times to suit around my hours of work. Not a good start so far.

No Internet connection for 3 days now, no one rings back or attempts to fix. Hang on though,just got the direct debit notification. Guess they have different take on Customer Service.

Really poor quality. Only been installed for 6 weeks and already it has failed and an engineer needs to come out. Engineer did not show up at the appointed time (or at all). I am still waiting for a manager to call me back to explain why after I called them about the lack of an engineer visit.

Internet sucks paid £180 to clear the bill and internet just cuts off all time , its gone off at least 40 times today, will be changing providors and reporting this company.

Great Internet at first. Now I don't get a day the Internet cuts off randomly even after resetting. I'll definitely be looking to make a switch after my contract ends. The 5* reviews are just fake surely.

Signal cuts out on a daily basis. Requested a new router and can't connect to the internet at all with that one. I work from home too which makes this a huge issue. Would never recommend.

My internet is down every day ring up staff are very unhelpful and rude manager is not much better as he says well we are just going round in Circles if your thinking about there promised speeds it's absolute rubbish was better off before with low speeds at 30 mpps as there 100 mpps Doesn't work ever if your thinking of signing up in wyre or fylde area good luck watching netflix or trying to see anyone at your door with ring doorbell

Waited 8 weeks for install. Wrong size cherry picker sent so then had to wait more weeks for the right one to be sent. Installed July 4th Less than a MB speed and virtually impossible to connect the day after. Rang up on the 5th, told 24-48 hours engineer would call.. low and behold this never happened. I rang up again on the Saturday and was told a cherry picker would need to be sent again (we’ve spent 5 weeks in total waiting on cherry pickers) so can’t wait for Monday when she said she would ring me back as it can’t be booked over a weekend.. not holding my breath Internet speed test sometimes showing what’s promised but then just consistently drops for hours at a time. Literally the day after install no internet. Fortunately I demanded a 6 month probation period before signing up where we could leave at any point within that 6 months if we weren’t happy - that was the deal to get me on board. I WILL be excercising this. Absolutely shocking - also the 6ft pole looks a mess on top of the house.

Worst broadband. Don't buy it . For last 2 weeks we have broadband is cutting 5-6 times.

This is the worst ever internet going wouldn't recommend to go with these we had loads of problems most days since being with them and all they say is it's being sorted terrible now we had to go somewhere else for better internet absolutely jokers

over charged me due to there mistake as they couldn't find payment customer service were dishonest and rude asked for call back from manager who is very hard to speak too they say 24/48 hours i am still waiting 96 hours later poor quality service AVOID

Customer service is poor reported I had no Internet from 0430 ish sunday morning ( they don't work weekends...) was told 24-48 hours still hear nothing from chasing up on Monday @ 0906 it is now Wednesday @ 1435. Just called them again and been told another 24-48 hours for someone to get back to me.

Absolutely awful service and such a bad experience with 6g internet, the internet goes everytime, it's not even a one week after installation, internet went off, when I contacted to customer service they are taking 48hours to look into that. Please I beg don't go for 6g internet. I don't want to give one star ⭐ for this 6g internet. I had a very experience with this 6g internet.
