“I'm supporting a refugee family. The 2 Dan's attended their home on 20th September 2023 to install the wiring and router. The lads took just over an hour to complete the work in a tidy and competent manner. As soon as the internet went live, there was an immediate strong signal and the WiFi was easily connected to several devices. It's only been 3 days, but there's been no lockouts interruption in the delivery of service. Well done Dan and Dan .”

“Fantastic service, professional installer/engineers. Very helpful Customer Services and Technical Support. Not sure how many of these reviews are genuine, know there are a number of people reviewing negatively as they are not happy with the posts and masts. That is not a reflection on the service. A+ service received.”

“I've just ordered 6Ginternet, I spoke with Fiona who was Super Helpful. Fiona answered all of my questions re this "new" to me service, and was professional and very friendly at the same time, a skill not many people hold. So far, so good. This service seems to be exactly what I was looking for. Mightily impressed that the staff from all work areas are in the same building together, so that communication levels are high if you have a problem. I'm exited about this service, I've a feeling that all is going to go well.”

“Not a very good start for me but all good now thanks to Shannon on customer service and jordon the engineer they went above and beyond to get me on line. They have been truly amazing. Ps sorry Shannon for the way I was with you on the phone. It was all getting a bit to much for me. But I appreciate all that you both have done for me and my husband. Thankyou x”

“Had excellent customer service both on the phone and the installation lads. I wanted the dual modems but was told not to go for that as they didn't want to be charging me too much for something I didn't need. The lads that came to install, dan and shaun, were friendly, polite and professional. They kept me informed of what they were doing and also cleaned up behind themselves 🙂”
