“the installation crew was very good and helpful when they installed my 6g and 4 months later i have not phone line, but the internet is running ok but the customer service is not very good which need improving ”

“Had it in for about 4 weeks now and the speeds keep dropping at night down to between 2meg and 5meg were should be min of 100meg this as happened for the last 2 weeks and the problem still not sorted......things can only get better i hope”

“This wifi is sort of reliable but not at the same time it always just turns of randomly maybe twice a day apart from that it is pretty good.”

“I’m with BT on Infinity 2 and my throughput speed is 75Mbps and 19Mbps on the 80/20Mbps package. What speeds do 6G offer and is it reliable enough to switch providers. I’ve been with BT now four years and I’ve never had any problems at all.”

“Early problems now seem to be resolved however we do get the occasional outage, speeds are good when its up and running.”
