Mad a bad decision to go to 6g, the works can't do job properly they don't even record call and information you just have to keep on repeating yourself, the Internet is rubbish. Ask for cancellation and the fee is £290 like what, this is how they make money by ripping customers off, in stuck with this 6g for ir years. Never again

At least once a week the internet goes down and mostly only times when the customer service line isn’t open. When it is open, they reset the internet and it starts working again immediately for a few days but always back to square one. As soon as my contract is over I will be cancelling but until then it seems like I’m trapped.

The internet has been nothing but trouble since i got it. I have had to ring customer services and technical help on a few occasions and they try their best but it just does not get any better. The internet goes down very regular and i do all the things they have advised in the past and it doesn't work. Ironically it went down yet again just before i wrote this. I returned from holiday last Monday and so far i have had to reset my tv 4 times to reconnect and once the signal to my tv is gone , i cannot watch sky, netflix , amazon firestick as everything goes. I will be ringing to cancel tomorrow as they have had to many chances and i hope they don't want any cancellation fees as with all the times it has gone down they owe me money !

came back off holliday no internet router broke. contacted customer service (there a joke) said they would send a router out 3 weeks with no internet no security no tv all run on wifi numerous phone calls later eventually sent router. still on and off..no free month as promised ...wont renew.7mbps at moment

The wifi is absolutely awful, ive not had such rubbish internet in my life, the customer service itself is a joke too, not once have they managed to fix this wifi in my area, they claim to be the best but truly they are the worst. Ive had the 6g guys over multiple times, first off, they didnt even hide any wires and left the damn router on the floor in the middle of the room which is highly unprofessional, secondly, everytime they would say theyd get back and help resolve the wifi, they never have, its been going on for nearly a year now, what a waste of time they have been, disgusting customer service and wifi.

Keeps ongoing off great connection speed when on I don't think I wi be renewing my contract when it comes to an end

Well installed 20th June 2023 and 2 months later the problems started on the Friday 25th August no Internet all weekend sent numerous emails and screenshot took enternity to answer the phone I gave up until the Monday morning, told me re unplug everything which already done on Friday night and re plug and leave on, will let you know what the cause was-im still waiting-I asked bout compensation get free month, said email came through charging me was knocked off as resolved in 24hrs, what a joke reported Friday night so all weekend no Internet no compo, and continuing to go off, can't even connect telephone number to report it, was contract ever

World’s poorest internet I ever had. It’s been 8 months since I had it but I reported hundreds of complaints thats it’s not working properly, couple of days ago they sent a guy who put another rooter for £5 extra per month and renew contract to suffer another 24 months. We still have no internet today. I will never recommend anybody to get this headache.

Horrendous company, biggest mistake going with these, don’t bother wasting your money can never watch anything on tv or play games on iPad etc as internet drops out constantly

Absolute rubbish had for about 4 months now in the FY5 area and constantly goes off the first week worked great then we had 3 weeks of no internet then it worked for about a week and now starts playing up every few hours and every time I get into the chat or call they say there doing maintenance so their either lying or it’s an incompetent company would not recommend to someone I hate

I have install my service last 4 month a go and every week my service breaks I have to spend like 1 hr on call with them to fix will not recommend

Had nothing but issues from the start! I have had only 1 router and was promised another 3 witch was not provided. the router restarts and then it works again for another 20 mins. The help is non existent as they keep telling me I'm having no drop outs of service. Even though I have the router Infront of me and I can see the light go to red! I had no internet at all for 9 days solid I do not advice any one to go with 6G internet as they happily take your money but don't give the service they promise. was told i had to pay £330 to leave what a joke. did not pay that npt a chance threw everything away. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

Company deserves 0 stars. At the start of my contract I asked to cancel as the internet was shocking. I was still in my cooling off period and they send multiple text messages telling me they’re sending bailiffs to my door, the customer service is shocking the internet is shocking “can’t do nothing play nothing watch nothing” I have finally cancelled my internet after complaining for 3 months and they still want money off me (you ain’t getting anything) TAKE A CONTRACT OUT WITH THESE GUYS IF YOU WANT NOTHING BUT STRESS and 0 tech support. Only thing they could offer was sending me another internet router ( the size of a spaceship” to put in my house using even more electric and using another plug socket even tho I have a booster and I live in a small two bedroom house. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!! You only get 5mbps. Sometimes it’s 2.4mbps
