Internet keeps dropping below 1Mbs for 5-10 minutes intervals, approximately 20 times per day. Cannot use for work meetings and streaming TV is a pain. Been going on for over one month now.

Customer service:not installed until 31st/sales team quoted £21.99 said £23.99/ speed300/paper work £21.99/spoke to technical would need a booster £10 extra/ got a deal £26.99 internet around house/still no paperwork/phoned customer service 44 min /then got told cannot help?/spoke to sales will try and sort all the above but nothing so to confirm any of above/spoke to sales about cancelling will advise anther deptment nothing until Tuesday,but already sent email so to cancel order and payment details very sad.

Spent 43 minutes listening to musi c only to getthrough to technical dept the woman who answered phone hung up on me after I asked her to repeat what she had just said. Called straight back and never got an answer upto 59 minutes disgusting service no internet for over 4 hours in Cleveleys

Internet down for 12 hours plus it goes very slow every evening. Should be 75MG But wont even connect to speed check

Terrible connection for gaming the 5ghz connection keeps dropping and every time I message somebody I just get told “download speeds are fine” that’s all good but when I can’t play or use what I’m downloading what the point in having download speed if nothing works must message atlesst 3-4 times a month and it never gets any better AVOID AND STICK TOO FIBRE OPTIC BROADBAND

Installation team was brilliant just a shame the actual stability of the internet connection itself is so shocking. I’ve had this internet since September and have had the speeds met once or twice but been without any connection whatsoever about 3-4 times.

very bed . I have to ring them every 2 to 3 month for no Internet or very low speed. its nearly 18 months but still not settled.

since installation we have problems with the internet it would often disconnect and speeds would drop. the issue was not solved however after a few months of ringing and contacting them I have managed to find a rep that would allow me to cancel with the fee waived. I only recommend this company if your neighbours have it and don't have issues, as I am aware some people do not have problems. My issue isn't with the customer service team but the engineers and networks team who constantly told me the issue was fixable; they didn't even bother sending an engineer round to look at the receiver which may have been the fault. communication with the company was via phone, email and live chat (only use live chat when the phone lines are busy) and email has only received a response once out of four emails. at the time of writing my leaving fee was waived however im not sure if issues will arise

Cancelled due to very poor service, and wasn't able to get over 7mb. This wasn't their fault and offered free cancellation of their service with no additional fees, due to them not being able to provide a service efficient enough to us. This is when the issues started. They advised they would refund us for the 2 months where we had no service and paid, we are yet to receive this refund and we are also being hounded by a collection agency called Quick Collect with threatening texts and emails for the cost of the remaining contract. After around 5- 6 calls to 6G about this, and being told the same thing over and over again (to ignore quick collect and we will receive the payment within 30 days), we are now at 60 days, with no refund and still getting threatening messages from Quick Collect and still the same response from 6G. I would be very cautious with this company, they do have very polite staff on the phone, but awful systems in place, when you get to the position I am in, which is very frustrating.

Me and my family moved into a new home and because me mother works from home we rushed to get internet put into the house. We spoke to a broker but he miss sold us 6G and now we’re stuck with them for 2 years. If you visit the website it’ll let you it’s great for streaming, playing games and provides fast download speeds. This is completely false. Im not able to stream to its full potential and I can’t play the PlayStation online as it can’t hold a connection. Also, it you think you connect multiple devices via the WiFi think again because it wont be able to cope. Can’t believe I’m saying this but plusnet is better.

The service when it works it works as it should is good but the speed is always much less than the advertised 20. I consistently run around 7 Mbps or less. For this you are better off using slow consistent BT copper broadband.
