“Delivery was on time the boxes on pallet were well wrapped with zero damage. Only down side the delivery driver left the pallet on the footpath and left before the items could be inspected. A smaller time scale window other than between 8am and 6pm would improve customer service.”

“This company was quick to send out samples and the samples were actually a really good size to gove me and idea about how they would look in my home. I was actually shocked they sent the samples out completely free as other companies are not so generous and do charge. All in all if i would use this conpany to buy my flooring but it was just unfortunate the one i wanted wasn't able to be fitted in my home. Hope the company carries on growing as they are really great on price too.”
