“Absolutely fuming with my experience with Renovate Direct!
Ordered the flooring for a commercial property to arrive on a certain date for the fitters to fit the flooring, was then told the item was out of stock! Decided on a different floor and waited in an empty unit all day to be told my delivery wasn't arriving. It finally did at the end of the delivery time slot to be 2 different types of flooring!
Had to spend another day at the unit for the right one to be delivered and again waited an entire day to be told it wasn't coming! Was promised it would be the next morning so had to arrange for someone to be there again! Disgusted with the whole experience and customer service!”

“I cannot recommend this company enough, I was a little apprehensive to start but read other reviews and went for it.
Delivery arrived on chosen date, all on time, well packaged on a pallet ( even tho poor driver had mechanical issues). Product was as discribed. All in all a hassle free purchase fast and efficient delivery. Best price around for quality thick luxury click vinyl.
I do wish I could purchase a extra couple of packs without a £40/£60 delivery charge which I paid the same for 15 packs”

“Products good but I'm stuck with 2 wooden pallets that will cost me £40 for the council to take away. I only bought 5 boxes of flooring so wasn't expecting to have to arrange disposal with the council for pallets.”
