“Really helpful, I was concerned after I placed my order that I would be short, but Rebecca reassured me and she also helped to change the delivery date. My only gripe would be the lack of a telephone number to speak to someone as all communication was done via email.”
“Customer service was brilliant and couldn't fault them as on my original order there was alot of tiles damaged. I went onto the online chat and sent pics and they were happy to send me out 2 more packs. These arrived within a couple of days but again 1 pack was damaged. Again I went onto the online chat and they were happy to send me out a further pack. The only thing now is my flooring is not finished due to the damages that I had and my floor fitter has now got to come back and finish it which is also costing me further money as he having to cancel other jobs to do it.
Having said that I love the tiles but I think more care needs to be taken with the
tiles before they leave the warehouse as this is where I think the damage is occurring.”
