“Renovate Direct customer services deserve a shout out as the day I ordered my flooring there was 10% discount however the next day if spending over £700, there was 20% discount and customer services happily credited my payment method with the additional 10%. Excellent!”

“Delivery came on the prearranged day as expected, the only downside being that the delivery slot was 8am - 6pm with no updated time on or during the day of delivery, it’s quite hard to be available all day (especially if you work and/or have kids) this is the only thing I think could be improved on. I contacted customer services via email and they replied within half with all the information I needed. Over all I’m impressed and I shall use them again next year when I need new flooring for my conservatory.”
