“Only criticism would be the delivery. The first lot didn’t arrive so having Waited in all day after 5 they are closed so can only use the chat bot. It eventually arrived without notice the next day, after I had reached out a further two times. There were 6 broken boxes and scratched pieces. As it was after closing time we had to wait until the Monday for a solution but they happily sent us replacement boxes but not very communicative.They arrived almost a week after the first lot were meant to come so prepared if you have someone scheduled to fit it.”
“Ordering was easy, the price was good for the quality of the product and the goods were delivered on time. However, all the planks in one of the boxes were damaged although there was no damage to the packaging so we only discovered it when they were being fitted.”

“Products good but I'm stuck with 2 wooden pallets that will cost me £40 for the council to take away. I only bought 5 boxes of flooring so wasn't expecting to have to arrange disposal with the council for pallets.”

“First delivery damaged which was rapidly replaced with no issues so all good in this respect.
Disappointed however as asked for help with the amount to order and I was advised 11 boxes. Floor completed and left with 6 boxes so basically has cost double what I needed to spend.”
