“We had moved offices and needed help setting up the upgraded phones. Our engineer, Harrison, was great and really helpful. He took the time to answer all our questions and go through how to use the phones. Nothing was too much trouble - great experience. Thanks.”

“Just had our new HiHis installed by Kieren. He arrived on time and was smart and presentable which is a good start in my book. I have got to give the guy a massive pat on the back he never stopped from the moment he got here and once the installation was complete he went around every user and gave them a thorough up date on how the new system operates making sure everyone was confident in using the HiHi phones. “Awful company. When our phone lines were hit by lightening it took them four weeks for them to get our phones and internet up and running again. They told me that "it was an act of god" and therefore they were not accountable for the time, customers and money we have lost even though it was their equipment that had failed. Steer very clear of these cowboys.”

“Our switch over to the HIHI system has allowed us to easily adjust between home office and being physically in the office when required. “My name is Jean Brown and I am the manager of a children's home, SCS LTD. This review is for Gareth Owen a 4com engineer that worked in our home/business. I want to thank him for his professional attitude during the time in our home, while being friendly and approachable at all times. He was patient and explained what he was doing as I am not not up on these things and not much help or able to understand the workings of anything electrical!!!! Excellent service and wish all professionals coming into the home worked as he did. Also when originally called to report the fault the lady(not sure of her name) who went through the initial query was wonderful. She spent hours patiently running through tests to try and address the issues over the phone with me. I really must of been the most unhelpful customer as i have no idea what goes where and what things are for. She was so relaxed and understanding. Thank you both for getting us back up and running.”

“Cannot comment on the company as a whole but we have had various issues and my score is purely based on the guy i spoke to Mike Goff who called me he was very helpful resolved not only the issue we were having of transferring calls but also helped with receiving a call issue that we had on one extension. Very friendly very patient and very helpful.”
