“At the 2 year review (of a 7 year contract), prices will inflate but to counter this you will be offered benefits along the lines of upgraded phones, maybe discount on bills. This comes with the condition that you re-enter into a new contract. They have you for life unless you pay to leave....

“I have had a similar issue, though in our case they signed up a retiring employee as the guarantor on the contract, I have no idea why, so when we took issue with the contract he is apparently personally liable for it, which is incredibly aggressive and unfair in my opinion. We also will be seeking a legal challenge.”
“I am disgusted with what I have agreed to! I was too trusting and believed the 4Com team when they said the 7 year contract would be no bother to get out of.
I am now stuck with a 5 more years of a bloated phone system (due to Covid I have reduced my team drastically), bills coming from 3 different companies, a fixed load that is only ending in 5 years time. If I leave, it looks like I have to pay out over £21K and this is after I return everything!? Their legal agreement is incredibly one sided, with pages of small print of which I wish I read every word before signing (and then not signing).
I will be seeking legal advice as this is not acceptable.
