I'm sorry to hear this - can you please contact us to confirm your order details and we can check why it hasn't been received yet? Over 95% of our orders leave the day the order has been placed (or the following day if placed in the evening) so it's very odd that you're order hasn't arrived. Thanks for your help. “Cannot fault the service: easy order process, quick despatch and clear information about the arrival of the cricket bat. My only grumble is that the stickers on the bat were blistered and bubbled and as the item was a gift for a departing student it was a little disappointing. Had I had more time, I would have returned it.”

“I ordered a 2lb 8oz kookaburra blaze 250 in the sale. It arrived promptly. It was exactly 2lb 8oz on the scales. The finish was excellent and could easily pass as grade 2/3 English willow! I would definitely recommend 3D sports.”
