“3D were excellent when arranging the repairs for my bat. Michael was very helpful and arranged prompt collection of the bat, and communication was great even when there was a mix up with the collection. The bat came back from the manufacturer basically as good as new. Thanks!”

“I went there for viewing their range. I was not interested in buying anything but I was impressed by the quality of bats they had.Eventually,I came back with a Kookaburra ghost pro bat because I liked it so much and I felt that it was the right bat for me and the one I was looking for. I knocked it for a week and used it in the league match. The first ball connected was a 6,was just a gentle push over the bowlers head.It gave me a huge sigh of relief and confidence in my bat. I ended up making 116 in that innings with the strike rate of almost 150. I am thankful to Dale for giving me his time and helping me choosing that extra ordinary bat. I am going back there in the month of November when they will get the new range and would buy another bat.”

I'm sorry to hear this - can you please contact us to confirm your order details and we can check why it hasn't been received yet? Over 95% of our orders leave the day the order has been placed (or the following day if placed in the evening) so it's very odd that you're order hasn't arrived. Thanks for your help. “Cannot fault the service: easy order process, quick despatch and clear information about the arrival of the cricket bat. My only grumble is that the stickers on the bat were blistered and bubbled and as the item was a gift for a departing student it was a little disappointing. Had I had more time, I would have returned it.”
