“Ordered a cricket bag for my son , arrived in good time but upon opening there were a few marks on like it had either been used or once been to another customer then repackaged . I emailed pictures and got a response to which they offered me to return , I asked for a discount to keep which they gave me . Money was back in my account in a few days . Satisfied with the product and service.”
