Never received my order, I emailed regarding this 2 weeks ago and I still haven’t received a reply.

I ordered a hoodie and after much delay when I tried to cancel I was told I couldn't cancel and that I would have to accept the goods then return it. When it finally arrived I thought I may as well try it on but it was the wrong size anyway so I returned the item. on 4th January I received a notification I had received a partial refund of £32.01 in spite of paying £35. There is no reason for this as the item was perfect and in the original parkaging. All you have achieved by deducting £2.99 is to guarantee I will never use your company again and will warn others of the returns process

Hey Russell, Thank you for your feedback. I have looked into this matter and i can see you placed your order over Black Friday weekend. Your order took 13 working days to arrive which is usually about right over this period. All of our clothes are hand printed in our warehouse and we had a delay advertised on the website stating orders would take around 7 working days to be dispatched and a further 3-4 working days to reach you. I am sorry this service wasn't as fast as you'd have liked but we have worked very hard to get all orders out as quick as possible. Regards Mollie 304 Clothing
Not the best quality tracksuits as they shrink when washed.

Well I bought an off white hoodie and shorts and when I placed both hands in the hoodies front pockets and put a small amount of pressure it ripped the side of the pocket.. now it looks scruffy so won't wear it. I've never really experienced that with other brands. Which is a shame because I liked the design

The shirt quality is bad and the delivery time is even worse. I want to return the items but they want me to send it to their address through a courier by my own. Bad service

As a starting company which goes internationally, it is a very bad policy to settle customers with big costs for returns. Your a UK company but even for Dutch orders a return costs arrous €20 which is absurd. Follow a vision and make wise choices for sustainable customer relationships, not single sells. Unfortunately i will never buy again at 304. Br

Made an order and whilst ordering there was a promotion for a free hoodie in a gif format, where it stated free hoodie then a single picture of a particular hoodie, so i made an order expecting to receive that hoodie as pictured. The promotion has since changed since i made an order, I received a hoodie that was horrible and nothing like the one pictured. False advertisement! They will not rectify it.

Unfortunately I still don't have my products yet which were ordered at the beginning of June 2022 Placed an order a number of times, but with every order there was something wrong. Either the product was not in stock, or it turned out to have a defect or the expedited order still took 3 weeks!!
