After countless nights out they stumbled across the idea to start making hand made vests for their friends, while they lived in.... Apartment 304!

So whilst the site is pretty responsive, it's rather hard to track down items that you've ordered previously, and want to reorder in a different colour. A lot of flicking through the product line to home in on your item wanted. Also, and this is a real pain.....the same items in a different colour are ( in my experience) completely different sizes. I.e. I ordered a Hoody in gray size L, decided to buy another in black,and it was tiny! I had to exchange it for an XL. The fist couple of loose fit T shirts in L were great, subsequent orders were ( and I measured them, 12/15% smaller dimensionally!) I let customer service know there's a quality issue, who kindly thanked me for the "Useful feedback". I'm almost ready to jump ship with 304 as I can't be bothered to return stuff now. Disappointed really.

Great quality, cute designs, loads of sales, quick shipping and great proactive customer service. Only thing to note - if you’re tall, the joggers may not be for you. I’ve got 4 pairs and with the usual slight shrinkage after washing, they’re all too short.

The designs are cool, the website is easy to navigate and pleasing to the eye while customer support is friendly and helpful. So far the overwhelming majority of my orders was of superb quality. I'm very happy and recommend the brand to everyone looking for unique Clothing.

Every birthday or Christmas me and my boyfriend buy from 304, we absolutely love it! So high quality, we get compliments all the time and questions where our clothes are from. I’ve just bought the £100 box for him for Christmas and absolutely blown away with what I got! Always such high quality and low prices, I wear my hoodies and leggings almost every day!

The material is pretty nice and the prints are good quality. I love the artwork and designs are great! I just wish they had a 6'2 model so I can better decided on a size. The model is the same person, so it's hard to decided especially since it takes a while for the package to get to the US. I'd be willing to model for you, but I've never modeled before :)

HORRIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE- DO NOT ORDER ! I sent my tracksuit back due to sizing on the 31st of January and I have confirmation the parcel has been received back to them 2 days later. I have sent numerous emails and DM’s regarding my refund which I am get to receive. They say they will get back to you in 2 working days it has now been 2 and a half weeks and had NO communication.

Have brought a few items now from 304 Clothing and will be buying more as the quality and designs are first class! If you are looking and thinking about purchasing something, do so as wont be disappointed!!!

AVOID THIS COMPANY !!! I am waiting for refund 2months. Don't waste your money and time. They ignore e-mails and if they reply, they promise to refund the money, which of course they do not do.

I would give zero stars if I could and feel as though I have been scammed. Having been booked in for emergency heart surgery I was on the lookout for some clothes to make me feel comfortable whilst in hospital and recovering after, I checked that my order would definitely be delivered in time.. which it wasn’t- bizarrely not even the start of the poor customer service this company offer. Waited double the amount of time stated on Black Friday for my order, I had actually emailed once to check on and a second time to cancel as I was already in hospital at this point and it was sent anyway. Due to this I wanted to return it immediately, returns portal was shockingly not working and before changes to their website terms and conditions (I had screenshot before the change) there was no mention that they would only offer £2.99 to cover a return, despite the FREE UK RETURNS splashes everywhere on their website (they say £2.99 in my email yet is stated £3.99 on the website after they changed it). After having asked for the order to be cancelled before sending and actually received incorrect items too it cost me £13 to send back. Despite all of this it has been 16 working days since they said they would offer a partial refund (email is dated 17th Jan) credit on their site (which is again wasted money as I will not shop there again and all items I received in the mystery box were definitely men’s). Bintou especially stands out for the worst customer service I think I’ve ever received.

Products are great and really good quality when you get them, it’s just the delivery times scales and customer service that are lacking. Over a month to wait for clothes that quote 5-7 working days or next day delivery. No communication about delays and can’t get hold of them on the phone or email.

I love the quality of my sweatshirt, The customer service team were quick to respond to my email and explained the backlog after the Christmas period. They were friendly and helpful would 100% order again in the future.

Sure I’ll write a review. Nearly a month to dispatch items, which you have to chase, no response to emails, no updates on delays, can’t return items without paying for recorded mail, only partially refunded for that, still haven’t received a refund a 3 weeks later, I’m having to go through my bank, and you want to charge ME a £2.99 restocking fee? Clothes terrible quality now anyway. Everything is done on the cheap… what the happened to this company? Once I get my money back I’m blocking you on all platforms

Don’t bother, they sent me the wrong thing after waiting for a long time! When I emailed them they didn’t respond to any emails about it. I then had to pay nearly £5 to return it to them and they wouldn’t refund the full postage even thought it was fully their mistake. If it was a case of me not liking the item I wouldn’t be so bothered but it is their mistake, they sent me the wrong item and I paid nearly £9 in postage both ways and the best they could do it refund £2.99 of it and reply to absolutely none of my emails. Not even a bloody apology. Disgusted. Absolutely HORRENDOUS company. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone!!!
