“Good at setting up new policies however when I cancelled mid term due to selling my vehicle I received no response to my cancellation email for 2 weeks and when I finally received a letter in the post the policy had been cancelled 10 days later than I had requested. That's 10 days worth of refund I will not be getting back. I also have not been told if I will be getting a refund, how much I am likely to get and if I am going to get any refund I have to wait 6 weeks for a cheque.”

“I recently purchased an insurance policy from 2gether insurance and found the service to be first class ,knowledgeable and courteous staff and of course a fantastic price ,but what I liked most is that whenever I phoned I spoke to the same person ,not suremif this was simply good fortune or intentional on their part but all in all a very good service and very reasonable price I would recommend 2gether insurance to everyone .”

“I was promised discounted membership of caravan club but never received any information despite reminders. Also I would like the opportunity to seek cover for a higher annual mileage limit The real downside is the excessive cost for minor policy changes mid premium which is frustrating as flexibility is really important to customers I would appreciate feedback and action where appropriate from this review Regards”

“after insuring my caravan for years with a company you recommended, they decided not to offer any more protection as my van was now 20 years old. Having never put in a claim for 20 years, I was not impressed to say the least. So when I contacted yourselves and was immediately insured with another company, I went into the laws on caravan insurance, "touring", and found That insurance on the road wasn't in fact required at all!!”

“I was with 2gether for about 2 months, in that time they asked me to send them so much paperwork that I couldn't keep up, after they had received more than I asked for they cancelled my insurance because I made a simple mistake and thought they had asked for the last three years driving report from motorbility when they had asked for five, I was them asked to pay another £200+ because they said I had supplied the wrong information, I asked to pay this in two installments and they refused and instead sent the outstanding bill to a debt company, I have instructed the debt company that because of how I was treated, I would only pay back £10 a month, as far as I'm concerned this company is only interested in financial gains and not the indervidual customer”

“Never had to claim yet as I'm a fairly new customer but setting up my policy was a doddle and the person doing stayed late to set it up as I work late. Thank you. Keep it up Trevor Holman”
